Bridging the Technology Gap...

API Engineering's existence evolved from API Defense, a division of API Defense headquartered in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Specializing in build-to-print circuit card assemblies and electronic systems for the defense industry, API's owners recognized a growing need for advanced technology services and solutions in various markets.

In 2003, API was established operating with only a few employees, managing a few projects. Over the past five years, key business relationships were established and primary thrust areas were formed. Today, API has over 50 engineers, technicians, and support staff, more than 30 projects, and a diversified client base that continues to grow. API is now a thriving engineering business establishment that works diligently to uphold customer commitments.
